newest creation - trail mix coconut cookie

i wanted a way to use up the humungous bag of trail mix my mom got for me from vancouver so this is it. i was wondering why it wasn't as dry as it should be like other refrigerator cookies. duh! i doubled the butter by accident. i really should learn to read! about to try one now...just waiting for the minty toothpaste taste to go away. got to do my cookies justice! :)
